The owner and builder of this home insisted on Marvin windows and doors knowing its location overlooking the Hudson River was exposed to harsh rains and winds. Only Marvin would stay beautiful and keep out the elements. The innovative custom Mission Style lite patterns were designed to simulate transoms over casement windows. French casements and Inswing French doors were also used. All units feature Marvin’s low maintenance aluminum clad exterior in Pebble Grey with wood interiors. For energy savings, all units include insulated glass with Low E II coating and Argon gas. AWD’s Quality Assurance Program performed prior to applying walls and trim ensure this installation will remain trouble-free for decades.
