Project Overview
Though less than 20 years old, this building had single pane Weather Shield windows. AWD replaced all 100 with Marvin’s Clad Tilt-Pac without demolition. Energy efficient features include insulated glass, Low E II coating, and Argon gas to reduce energy costs. Removable wood grilles preserved existing aesthetics. Also installed: Clad Inswing French Doors and Clad Round top of Casement windows.
