The QAP takes action early in the project to avoid unnecessary project delays and cost overruns by addressing installation methods, quality of manufacturing, field application of accessories, and more.
For first time users or those not familiar with Marvin products, the TC will set a pre-installation meeting with you and the installation crew to go over product installation techniques and tips. Meetings can be done the day of the delivery or prior to delivery by appointment.
As early as possible before siding and interior trim are applied, AWD visits the jobsite to assess units for manufacturing quality, installation, and concerns that may affect warranty issues.
After the meeting, AWD answers questions and demonstrates corrective measures recommended by Marvin. We may also replace select parts and makes adjustments, as needed.
Even after project completion, if parts need to be ordered, the process is expedited. Our goal is to ensure the lasting performance and long-range success of your Marvin and Integrity installations.
